INGREDIENTS:
- 1 bottle Wild Boletus Edulis with Olive Oil
- 200ML Light cream
- 1.5 cups Chicken Soup
- 3 - 4 Pcs Garlic (Minced)
- 1 Pc Onion
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- A little Parsley
- A little Salt

DIRECTIONS:
- Take out the Wild Boletus Edulis with Olive Oil and chop them slightly
- Dice the onion
- Prepare 1.5 cups of chicken soup
- Prepare all materials
- Add butter and cook over medium heat until bubbly
- Add onions and sauté until translucent
- Add garlic and sauté
- Add Wild Boletus Edulis and sauté for a few minutes
- Add some salt to taste
- Reduce heat to high, add chicken soup and boil for about 3 minutes
- Pour out the mushroom chicken soup
- Leave at room temperature for about 3 minutes
- Use a blender to mix the ingredients
- Beat until it is as coarse or fine as you like
- Pour into the pot and cook again on slow heat
- Add the cream, mix well
- Add parsley and a little cream to decorate
