【Sea Cucumber with Fish Fumet】

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • Half a bottle Fish Fumet 1000ML
  • 4 Pcs Soaked sea cucumber
  • A little White Wine
  • A little Scallion
  • 3 - 4 PCS Ginger slices

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Add olive oil to wok and heat over medium heat
  2. Add ginger slices and sauté
  3. Add soaked sea cucumber
  4. Add a little white wine
  5. Add half a bottle (about 500ML) fish fumet
  6. Cook slowly for about 30-45 minutes (depending on the size of the sea cucumber)
  7. Waiting for the fish fumet to be braised into the sea cucumber
  8. Add a little scallion to decorate
