DIRECTIONS:
- Cut the wild mushrooms into slices for use
- Whisk the eggs
- Add salt and black pepper to taste
- Add the oil to the wok and heat over medium heat
- Add the mushrooms and cook for a few minutes
- Cool the cooked mushrooms for two minutes
- Add the mushrooms to the egg and mix well
- Wipe off the excess oil in the wok and heat over medium heat
- Add the mixture egg
- Fry for about 1 minute, until the egg set well
- Flip the egg to the other side
- Until it suits your taste
