【Boletus Omelette】

 

INGREDIENTS:

    DIRECTIONS:

    1. Cut the wild mushrooms into slices for use
    2. Whisk the eggs
    3. Add salt and black pepper to taste
    4. Add the oil to the wok and heat over medium heat
    5. Add the mushrooms and cook for a few minutes
    6. Cool the cooked mushrooms for two minutes
    7. Add the mushrooms to the egg and mix well
    8. Wipe off the excess oil in the wok and heat over medium heat
    9. Add the mixture egg
    10. Fry for about 1 minute, until the egg set well
    11. Flip the egg to the other side
    12. Until it suits your taste
