【Spanish Paella】

    1. Wash the ingredients and dice for later use
    2. Add the oil to the wok and heat over medium heat
    3. Add onion and sauté until translucent
    4. Add garlic and red pepper and sauté
    5. Add 1 tablespoon of Boletus Edulis Powder to taste
    6. Add 1 packet of Wild Boletus Edulis Rice
    7. Add 60ml white wine
    8. Stir fry all ingredients for a few minutes
    9. Pour in 1 can of Fish Fumet
    10. Turn the heat down, cover the pot and cook for about 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the rice is about 80% cooked through
    11. Add fresh shrimp and scallops and cover the pot for about 2 minutes, Until the hardness of the rice matches your taste
    12. Add a little parsley

    ** If needed, boiling water can be added to cook the rice until it suits your taste**
