DIRECTIONS:
- Wash the ingredients and dice for later use
- Add the oil to the wok and heat over medium heat
- Add onion and sauté until translucent
- Add garlic and red pepper and sauté
- Add 1 tablespoon of Boletus Edulis Powder to taste
- Add 1 packet of Wild Boletus Edulis Rice
- Add 60ml white wine
- Stir fry all ingredients for a few minutes
- Pour in 1 can of Fish Fumet
- Turn the heat down, cover the pot and cook for about 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the rice is about 80% cooked through
- Add fresh shrimp and scallops and cover the pot for about 2 minutes, Until the hardness of the rice matches your taste
- Add a little parsley
** If needed, boiling water can be added to cook the rice until it suits your taste**
